ARE YOU A MANUFACTURER?
Yes!We are the manufacturer and established in 2008.Our factory macinly produces work attachments and rubber products. Such as Excavator/Loader parts,Rubber Pad,Rubber Tracks etc.Addtionally we also agent other products from our cooperated factory with good quality and best price.

WHICH PAYMENT TERMS CAN WE ACCEPT?
Normally we work on T/T terms or L/C term,sometimes L/C ,PAYPAL,WESTERN UNION term.
1.On T/T term,30% down payment is required in advance,and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment.
2.On L/C term,100% irrevocable L/C without"soft clauses"can be accepted.Please seek the advice from the individual sales manager you work with.
WHAT LOGISTICS WAYS WE CAN WORK FOR SHIPMENT?
1.For 90% of our shipment,we will ship by sea,to all main continents such as South America,Middle East,Africa,Oceania and Europe etc...
2.For neighborhood countries of China,such as Russia,Mongolia,Uzbekistan etc,.We can ship construction machinery by road or railway.
3.For light parts in urgent demand,we can ship it by international courier service,such as DHL,TNT,UPS,or FEDEX.
WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
We aim to provide customers with a realistic lead time.We understand emergencies happen and work those orders
into our priority production for a faster turnaround.A stock order lead time is 3-5working days,custom orders 2-3
weeks. Contact PUYI products so we can provide an accurate lead time based upon our workload.

Product Warranty
Rubber Tracks are manufactured to ISO9001 quality standards and are supplied with
a warranty covering manufacturing defects provided the products are used in normal working
conditions and in accordance with OEM recommendations. Incorrect fitment of a rubber track
including tensioning can result in the premature failure of the track and will void the warranty.
Regular cleaning of the drive system - sprocket, idler and rollers - as well as the track is highly
recommended to obtain maximum track life.
All our rubber tracks are made with a serial Number, we may trace the product date against the serial Number.
Any problem occur,please send clear photo with the serial number,then we can check when the tracks made.
For excavator rubber tracks,warranty is one year (12 months).

Our joint free track structure, Special designed tread pattern, 100% virgin rubber,and one piece forging insert steel
result extreme durability & performance and longer service life for construction equipment use. Tracks perform a
high level of reliability and quality with our latest technology in mold tooling and rubber formulation.
Delivery and Packing
Production time is around 10-15 days for 2 pieces,the actual time need to be confirmed before order.
We need to check the schedule of the rubber track orders when you plan to order.
After finished production,the rubber tracks will be packing on the pallet after QC prodedure.
The pallet we use is standard export for sea shipping.
Covered with stretch film and rope.
