The following practices will affect the life of the products you purchase, please be careful !

 

1.Overload walking.
Overload use will make the track tension larger, accelerate the rubber wear, belt serious stretching, resulting in normal use.
2.Did not properly lift the track.
When using your product to support, please pay attention to tighten the track to be appropriate when the elastic, too loose when there will be jumping teeth phenomenon, too tight when there will be the use of top teeth phenomenon.
3.Rapid turn.
The use of the track is strictly prohibited rapid steering, rapid steering will accelerate the rubber track wear.
4.Debris damage.
Careful in the road with glass, sharp objects and other foreign objects to walk, sharp objects easy to damage the track.
5.From time to time maintenance.
Do not have time to regular maintenance, otherwise the crawler surface cracks will accelerate the track aging.
6.Contaminated surface.
When using the track to avoid contamination of oil, chemicals, prolonged exposure, non-high temperature specific material track, used in high temperature environment for a long time, will accelerate the track aging.

1-1 Diesel Engine Maintenance and Maintenance Instructions

1. Check the engine whether the four-bolt bolts are fastened.

 

2.Before use every day should check the engine diesel, oil is sufficient.

 

3.After the diesel engine is put into normal use, always check the surface of the cooling system. If it is found that it is not up to standard or drip, it should be added and repaired.

4.In the diesel engine run-in period, the first time after 12 hours to replace the oil, the cumulative use of 60 hours after the replacement of the second oil.

Mechanical chassis gearbox with maintenance instructions

 

1.Regularly check the gearbox for proper gear oil.

2.Regularly replace the gear oil in the gearbox (after the first replacement of oil, after the replacement once a year)

 

3.Every time you change the oil, you should first clean the impurities inside the gearbox.

4.Do not overload, overload will cause damage to the transmission.

The entire set of electronic control system includes DC brushless one motor two, two in one controller, a wireless remote control.

3. remote control panel with emergency stop button, power button, start and stop keys, switch key (on demand) and joystick, in front of a remote control antenna interface, the right side of the charge input port; remote control, please use supporting 5V1A charge Whether it is easy to cause the remote control power supply life is shortened or damaged.

4. Wiring diagram

a.Turn on the power cord, the controller power indicator (green) light, indicating that the controller power supply is normal;

b.Handeld remote control, open the emergency stop switch, press the power button, the indicator light that the remote control power supply, Start and stop key, the controller two motor lights flashing, indicating that the signal connection is successful;

c.Now you can start to control your equipment to walk, please ensure that the equipment surrounding environment to ensure safety. First to carry out a small range of functional tests, slowly move the joystick forward, the equipment before the line; slowly turn the joystick back, back of the device; left slowly rocker, the device turned left; Slowly toggle the joystick, turn the device right now.
