RUBBER TRACK APPLICATION
Introduce:
The joint-free rubber track: Overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional lap rubber track which is easy to break and crack at the lap joint after prolonged use, and further prolongs the service life of the rubber track. It is also more advanced than the conventional track.It has a crawler-type walking part with a certain number of cores and wire rope embedded in rubber.With high tensile strength and longer life.
Anti-vibration Rubber Track:The gap between iron cores is very small so that it can support the track roller completely during driving, reduce the shock between machine and rubber trcak, increase the comfortableness for the operators, and extend the life of rubber track and machine.
Produce:
All track production equipment is designed on site by qualified engineers according to stringent criteria in terms of quality and productivity. The whole team works hard to improve manufacturing processes in order to ensure performance and reliability of the tracks.
How to confirm a replacement rubber track size?
First try to see if the size is stamped along the inside of the track.
If you can't find the rubber track size stamped on the track, Pls inform the blow information to us:
The make, model, and year of the vehicle
The Rubber Track Size = Widthx Pitch x Number of Links
(pitch means the center distance between 2 inner teeth in one row;links means how many inner teeth in one row)
1 inch = 25.4 millimeters
1 millimeter = 0.0393701 inches
Product Warranty
Rubber Tracks are manufactured to ISO9001 quality standards and are supplied with
a warranty covering manufacturing defects provided the products are used in normal working
conditions and in accordance with OEM recommendations. Incorrect fitment of a rubber track
including tensioning can result in the premature failure of the track and will void the warranty.
Regular cleaning of the drive system - sprocket, idler and rollers - as well as the track is highly
recommended to obtain maximum track life.
All our rubber tracks are made with a serial Number, we may trace the product date against the serial Number.
Any problem occur,please send clear photo with the serial number,then we can check when the tracks made.
For excavator rubber tracks,warranty is one year (12 months).

After finished production,the rubber tracks will be packing on the pallet after QC prodedure.
The pallet we use is standard export for sea shipping.
Covered with stretch film and rope.
