Rubber Track

The traditional rubber track normally take lap joint production technology, it was easy to get stretch, to slip between steel cord and belt carcass, and the pitch distance is not keep all the same. Besides that, the integral tensile strength is low. However, the endless production technology is the best solution to improve those defects.

 

The feature of rubber tracks:

(1). Less round damage

Rubber tracks cause less damage to roads than steel tracks, and less rutting of soft ground than either steel tracks of wheel products.

(2). Low noise

A benefit to equipment operating in congested areas, rubber track products less noise than steel tracks.

(3). High speed

 Rubber track permit machines to travel at a higher speed than steel tracks.

(4). Less vibration

 Rubber tracks insulate machine and operator from vibration, extending the machine's lifetime and lowering operate fatigue.

(5). Low ground pressure

The ground pressure of rubber tracks equipped machinery can be fairly low, about 0.14-2.30 kg/ cmm , a major reason for its use on the wet and soft terrain .

(6). Superior traction

The added traction of rubber, track vehicles permits them to pull twice the load of wheel vehicles of the sane weight.

 

ATTENTION

1- Check the tension after the track belt installed, it will be failure if too tight or loose. Generally, the sag distance of the center roller is 10 to 15cm to belt when lift the machine.

2- Avoid quickly starting or turning the machine on the scraggly ground.

3- Keep the rubber away from oil and grease, wipe off immediately while it is oil stained.

4- To avoid collision between the rubber track and other components of the machine, especially its inner edge.

5- Don't using badly worn driving wheel, because it may damage the iron teeth of the rubber track.

6- If the machine is unused for a long time, the rubber track should be removed and cleaned, and kept well indoors to avoid sunlight and wetness.

7- Due to the track belt was made by rubber, the perfect working tempature is between -25 to 55 degree. However, it can meet the needs out of the range if made by special rubber and material.
